Clint Valladares is the Managing Director of Artists Relations and Outreach at Boston’s prestigious Berklee College of Music, where he oversees collaborations with talent from the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Clint manages all global initiatives for legendary music icon and composer A.R. Rahman and is a key strategic advisor. Additionally, Clint worked closely with Mr. Rahman to assemble a 50-piece ensemble "Firdaus Orchestra" for Dubai Expo 2020, which has gone on to perform with international superstars including Beyonce, Andre Bocelli, and many others.

Clint has played a vital role in producing collaborations with artists including Julia Michaels, Jacob Collier, and Cory Henry. He also played a key role in establishing the Berklee Abu Dhabi Center, to discover, develop, and distribute talent in the MENA region. He has also liaised with renowned international artists, including, tabla maestro Zakir Hussain, and global icon and record producer Quincy Jones, Steve Vai, Donald Harrison, Shreya Ghoshal, Shankar Mahadevan, and many others.

With a keen interest in entrepreneurship, Clint built a few successful initiatives. He also played a key role in establishing the Berklee Abu Dhabi Center, to discover, develop and distribute talent in the MENA region. In 2015, he Co-founded the Berklee India Exchange, a wildly successful initiative that celebrates the rich musical heritage of India and the West. Created a bridge between the East,  and has grown Berklee’s reach in the subcontinent through workshops, cultural exchange events, mentorship, and scholarship programs. In 2009, he developed the Berklee City Music Network, an initiative to create access to music education for students from underserved communities. Through his dedication and innovative thinking, he successfully grew the Network nationally and internationally to over 48 Network partners, reaching over 90,000 students.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Clint is a prolific pianist himself and has a gift for spotting upcoming artists. With years of experience working on the international musical circuit, he serves as executive producer of the docuseries "The Genius Within". Clint has also worked in various leadership roles. His expertise in business development and strategic partnerships has enabled him to make significant contributions to Berklee.
